In the spring of 2013 PAT TOWNE directed the World Premiere of EXORCISTIC: THE ROCK MUSICAL PARODY EXPERIMENT by Michael Shaw Fisher for the Orgasmico Theatre Company as a part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival.

EXORCISTIC is a play within a play telling the story of a theatre company paying homage to the film The Exorcist by staging a musical version of the film for its 40th anniversary. The rehearsals become as possessed as Reagan was in the movie, and each of the actors must come to terms with their lead who has become a head spinning diva.

EXORCISTIC sold out every night of its run in the Festival and was awarded Hollywood Fringe Best Musical and Best of the Fringe in 2013. After the Festival the show received an extended run at Sacred Fools in Holywood.
